Another collection bin was filled at the Rochambeau Library with donated outdoor gear, including barely used footwear, tops, gloves, and hats. These supplies will arrive prior to the holidays at Teens to Trails in Maine, an organization that connects teens to the physical and mental benefits of the natural world.

I lead another group of elementary schoolers from The Croft School on a nature hike at Caratunk Wildlife Refuge today. There was perfect fall weather, and the students and their families had a great time exploring and observing their natural surroundings. There was a great turnout with lots of engaged and inquisitive kids.
